The quarterfinals of Euro 2012 begin today, as Portugal faces Czech Republic (2:45/ESPN)

Stephen Strasburg stopped the bleeding and, perhaps, the feud between the Nats and Rays stopped as well, as the Nationals snapped their 4-game losing streak, beating Tampa Bay 3-2.

Strasburg pitched 7 innings and struck out 10, while surrendering just 2 runs. After a rocky first inning, Rays starter Chris Archer settled down and at one point, threw 5 consecutive hitless innings.

The teams will play the rubber game of the series tonight. Temperatures will be around 100 degrees at first pitch (7:05/MASN) when Gio Gonzalez opposes Matt Moore.
